Question: My BP is 196 over 103 pulse: 95 an 2 hours earlier it was 181 over 97 pulse 95
I am to see my doctor on Monday with a journal for the week

Dear Sir,

145 mm Hg is OK for systolic blood pressure, but I think 131 is not correct, it is almost impossible to have blood pressure 145 over 131, I will recommend you to measure it again. If diastolic is 100 or low, then you can safely wait until your appointment with your doctor.
