Brief Answer:
It is type 2 Diabetes
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir, i have gone through your query and understood your concerns.
Sir it is Type 2 diabetes.
The sugar level of 155mg. is under control.
Sir in Diabetes the only factor we should look into is control of sugar levels. Until, sugar levels are under control, the same medication can be used even life long. The tablet you are already taking is good enough.
The other measure you should look into is Diet control and exercise which is very important for long term control.
Avoid Sugars and sweets, avoid potatoes. Eat more green leafy vegetables. Small and frequent meals.
Exercise daily like brisk walking, swimming, jogging, cycling etc atleast 30minutes a day.
Thank you sir.
