Brief Answer:
CT scan
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As said earlier, a calcified granuloma most often indicates past infection.
Since he is not having any symptoms, there is no need to worry.
Very rarely calcifications can be due to malignancy.
So I would suggest a CT scan of the abdomen may be done to rule out malignancy.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
