Brief Answer:
Its Moderately High, Not very high

Detailed Answer:
Hello Maam

I understand your concern for your health and i will try to explain you in a simple manner and will try to relieve your stress/anxiety.

Calcium scoring has been divided into 5 grades and your calcium score falls in fourth grade 101-400 which is a moderate risk category. But dont worry as you are not having any symptoms on long walks so you will do better than other patients in this category.

A calcium score of more than 400 is terribly high so after knowing this i think you will fell a bit relaxed as yours is not that high.

I would like to advise you to follow healthy life style habits that will reduce the rate of progression of the disease. Most importantly do not smoke if you do. As smoking promotes atherosclerosis at a significantly higher risk.

CHELATION is not recommended by XXXXXXX Heart Assosiation or XXXXXXX College of Cardiology as a treatment for coronary artery disease.

So i would like to advise you not to take stress and just relax. Trust me you will do good in your test. The more you take stress the more will be the possibility of having a negative test results as stress increases the sympathetic drive of our body.

I hope this information will answer your query and will help relax your nerves as your score are not that bad.

Feel free to ask if you have any other query.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
