Brief Answer:
there is no report attached
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am not able to see any attached biopsy report.
The decision of steroid is also based on serum creatinine and urine spot protein creatinine ratio
Please resend biopsy report.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Seen biopsy reports
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The biopsy report confirms the diagnosis as IgA Nephropathy. It shows Chronic changes. That means already there is some damage to the kidneys up to 30 to 50%.
But still, treatment can be given. Now the decision that steroid has to be given or not depends on the amount of urine protein/creatinine ratio test.
Also, better control BP and use or ace-inhibitors or ARBs medicines should be done.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
