Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
I have reviewed the attachments. The MRI findings may probably be age related and not necessarily due to fall; however, I shall be able to comment better if you can upload the images of MRI.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions, I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Dear Doctor XXXXXXX Panwar
I have sent you all the CT scan related documents as well.
I must add I have pain in the morning around the back of my neck and my shoulders.
My sitting posture is painful OK but I have difficulty feeding myself
However, when I stand and walk my head goes down to my chin.
I find using a computer a painful exercise.
At my age I have been advised to avoid surgery.
Before the fall on 11 September 2017 I had none of these painful conditions and lived a normal life.
My treating doctor has classified me as an incapacitated person (Attachment).
I now await your answer to my initial question.

Brief Answer:
These may be degenerative changes.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
I have gone through the attachments and the letter of your family physician mentioning that you are incapacitated. In my opinion, it is hard to say if the fall you had is the reason for your spine changes. Degenerative spine also often have these changes.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions, I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
