Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.

The information provided by you is very limited. Do you have any symptoms, why did you tested for it.

The serological tests are highly sensitive, they are less likely to yield false positive results, if you are not suffering from any other viral infection. However false-positive test results may be due to presence of cross-reactive antibodies from other viral infection or underlying illnesses. Your treating doctor will correlate your clinical history and epidemiologic exposure to determine whether or not this is false positive. He/she can repeat the test after a few weeks if there is any doubt about false positive.

Any type of acute viral hepatitis (Hepatitis A/ E or acute flare up of Hep B) may last for 2 months. Initial 1st week is symptomatic while remaining period is generally less symptomatic. In this 2 months, if you take medicine or not, your condition improves in the coming 2 months.

Hope this helps.
I'll be glad to clarify your further queries.
Take care.
