Proper diet and exercise can bring the control in sugar levels
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir, gone through your query and understood your concerns.
The fasting sugar level you have mentioned is higher and is in diabetic range. So as you asked you can definitely try by diet and exercise in the initial couple of weeks or a month.
But, keep your sugar levels checked every 2 weeks interval. Definitely they get reduced with exercise and diet control, but the thing to be noticed is whether they are under complete control or not. If they are reduced to normal levels, then you can continue only diet exercise control. But if they doesn't come under normal levels, then you need to start medication.
As of now, as you said you cannot totally skip rice items. You reduce it to minimum. No to sugars and sweets. Of course you can also continue XXXXXXX juice and jamun. Don't be in a hurry to to all at once.
First settle down from your worry and start doing all that. There is every scope to keep the sugar levels under control.
Thank you.
Also once if start medication can I stop in between and control with food and diet
Does drinking Karela and jamun ras will have immediate effect.
The stopping of medicine or reducing the dose depends on sugar levels.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, You need to check sugar levels every 2-3 weeks in the beginning and every month there after.
Giddiness is the symptom of both high and low sugars. But now, you said you stopped eating rice totally, so this could be the cause of you giddiness.
Practically, there is a chance of stopping medicine or reducing dose once the sugar levels come under control. But, if the sugar levels bounce back, then again you need to start medication.
XXXXXXX juice and jamun may take around a week to properly work in our body. But any way they act up to some extent when ever we take it.
Thank you.
