Brief Answer:
it may cause trouble in future

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.

Squeezing balls up to pain is unhealthy. You feel pain that means nerves are irritated. In long run such type of behavior injures your testicles which in turn may affect your ability to produce children.

I recommend stopping such behavior or restrict it only up to mild squeezing without pain.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
