Question: hello doctor, I am 33 years old and I am currently on a keto diet I just wanted to know whether it safe to continue with his diet is there any problem on heart if I continue with this diet since this is a very high fat diet could you please guide me I have a plan to diet until one month so need your inputs thanks and regards
