Needs proper monitoring.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
A chocolate cyst is formed due to endometriosis. The cyst that you have mentioned is large in size and needs a surgical removal usually if there is no pregnancy. But now that your wife is pregnant it is best to wait and watch for the progress of the cyst.
During pregnancy since there is no shedding of the endometrium, this cyst should either remain the same or should decrease in size.
Since it is a benign cyst there is no harm to the baby expected. The size of the cyst needs to be monitored every four weeks to see any change.
I hope this answers your query.

This helps a lot and certainly brought some relief and smile in my wife's face. Please let us know if any medication to get this reduced for a happy path ?
Please let us know what is the reason to get such situation and what can be done to avoid it and reduce it with careful monitoring. What if its observed in next month its not being reduced in size.
Details below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Any medicine cannot reduce its size. This happens due to a condition called endometriosis. In this some endometrial tissue is found on the ovaries and it bleeds every month like periods to form a cyst.
We cannot reduce the size of cyst with changes in lifestyle or foods we consume. It is hormone related and can reduce on its own due to lack of periods during pregnancy. As long as it does not increase further in size during pregnancy there is no need to worry. An MRI scan can help in finding a more accurate size of the cyst.
Hope my answer is helpful. Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.

It is best to wait.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is best to wait for 4 weeks and get a repeat ultrasound scan done. In case the mass increases or changes in appearance then consider going for MRI scan after consulting your gynecologist.
