Is A Lesion On Skin After Oral Sex A Symptom Of Herpes?

Question: herpes?? please is this herpes?
oral sex yes. no sex. i have oral hsv.and noticed this? had rough/dry fingering 4 days ago which was painful. had an ulcer a few days ago. please does this look like herpes??

i went to my local sexual hewlth clinic and the area was just about all cleared up (day 3) i showed her pictures aswell as she had a look and both her and her colleague didnt think it was herpes either. the pics are what the area looks like now, do you think I can stop worrying about it being herpes? it never hurt to touch or hurt when I peed. never ulcered either
