Both are looking normal to me
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and both are looking normal to me.
They aren't looking suspicious for a skin cancer.
Keep them under observation.
If there is a sudden change in its size, shape, colour or if it becomes itchy, oozy or bleeds then you need to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

Brief Answer:
Red patch seems to be eczematous rash, other symptoms minerva removal
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I haven't heard about silicon poisoning.
The red patch on your breast seems to be an eczematous reaction.
If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 10-14 days.
This should show improvement.
Your other symptoms are more likely due to hormonal changes associated with minerva removal and not due to menopause.

Ok can you check these moles for me and the spot on my breast and a bump on scalp please to stop me worrying .. Thanks for your help as i am fearing inflammotary breast cancer or skin cancer
Brief Answer:
Not looking like skin cancer or IBC
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the newly attached photographs and it is not looking like skin cancer or inflammatory breast cancer.
IBC is associated with a warm, red and tender breast and not just a single spot on the breast.
