Brief Answer:
It is curable but important is to get an exact diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Varicocele is curable.
No medications usually work as there is a problem with the back-pressure which needs to be surgically controlled to give the best possible results.

Hence, it is very necessary to have a proper diagnosis by ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum.
It would also be better to get the clinical examination done by a Surgeon.

Please give some additional information for me to assist you better:
Since when have you got the pain and lump on swelling?
Does it reduce on laying down and increases on long standing, coughing or increased intra-abdominal pressure?
Any investigations done so far, if yes then post actual reports.

Awaiting.
