Get 20 minutes walking everyday preferably brisk walk.
Do breathing exercises like PRANAYAMA if you know or just simple inhale and exhale deeply.
Eat lot of fruits including avacodo, butter fruit watermelon, citrus fruits, etc
Juices can be taken but with less sugars
Eat lot of vegetables in your diet.
Eat 6-8 times meal per day small quantities so that you get more energy and less insulin requirement.
Don't eat after 8pm.
Before 2 hours of sleep don't eat any food.
