Brief Answer:
Likely it is pyogenic granuloma
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.
This looks like a pyogenic granuloma rather than a mole. How long since you have it? does it bleed?
This can be easily removed with a diathermy or radiofrequency cautery. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.

I am having this since 3-4 years ago. It neither bleeds not does it pain.
Brief Answer:
I suggest diathermy or cautery for it
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.
Such a long history goes more in favor of a wart/ verruca. It is definitely not a mole. Moles are usually flat or slightly elevated and darker. It has to be removed as I suggested earlier and that would be curative.
