Is A Red Discoloration On Left Arm And Hand A Cause For Concern?

Question: I woke up this morning with red discoloration on my left arm and hand. it's not on my right side and it doesn't hurt. Any idea what this might be?

You shouldn't worry more than necessary.

I don't think there is need to be worried more than necessary.

It shouldn't be a serious condition and should pass gradually in a day or two as the arm restores normal blood supply.

If the discoloration will persist more than a couple of days, Dermatologist evaluation is needed.
