Question: I has a red spot on my shoulders and it itch some time it has a deep pin paint inside , how it get there , and what can I do to make it better

- Continue taking Benadryl for 10 to 14 days
- Use calamine lotion for local relief
- If you don't get better you should consider taking prescribed corticosteroids. You should consult your doctor about this treatment.
-use cool compresses for relief
-also cool showers can help
