Is A Small Lump On The Anus A Symptom Of Cancer?

Question: I noticed a small lump on my anus a few months ago. Yesterday during shower i felt it as i was washing. I took a pic to see what it looked like. Now im concerned it could be cancer. Does this appear cancerous or possibly a wart?

The lesion looks quite unusual.
I presume you are not able to wipe it off.

The lesion looks more like a wart. But the color is unusual.
The only way to know what it is, is by removing it and getting a histopathological examination done.

I had a loose stool before this pic so not sure if that is some left over stool discoloring it XXXXXXX Was considering using a topical cream to try to kill what i think is a wart. The growth is fairly squishy feeling. What color is typical for warts? e

The lesion is white after i get out of the shower. Simce it is white, you believe it is a wart?
