Is A Small Painful Bump That Oozed White Fluid On Wrinkle Part Of My Buttocks A Serious Concern?

Question: I found a small painful bump on wrinkle part of anus. I put hot compress on it, then I squeezed it and a lot of white stuff came out . It feels alil better but slightly swollen prob due to messing with it. Is it ok? Should I see a doctor or wait and leave it
