Brief Answer:
best to get tested
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for this question. I am sorry you are having this difficulty. Most sexually transmitted infections usually show up as pain with urination or a discharge from the penis. Some infections do however show up as small skin bumps. Small pimples could just be from some skin irritation or perhaps from yeast. There is also something called pearly penile papules that occur around the head of the penis and these are nothing to worry about.
Since you are not sure what is going on it would be best for you to see a doctor or go to an STI clinic and be checked so that you can get treatment if you do have an infection.
Please let me know if you have further questions.

Brief Answer:
not certain that you have STI
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your follow up
Many people have an STI and do not know it.
I am not certain that you have an STI, it could be something else.
I just think it is in your best interest to see a doctor and be checked to make sure. We can not determine for sure what you have without an exam and some testing. You may just have some skin irritation, yeast or penile papules, none of which are STIs.
I hope you do not have an STI but it is best to get checked and make sure.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
