I just decided to take ketone test just to take it. h
have no medical conditions that I'm aware of but high blood pressure . I decided to take the text one day and just found traces and I wanted to know if that was normal

Please check your blood sugars. A single test of trace of ketones is not significant. You can repeat the tests later. We take more than 2+ ketones as significant ketosis - which is usually seen in conditions I explained in last question.
