Question: father age 68 is detect Pus cell as 50-55 so is it matter of seriousness? should I admit him in hospital or ......??

I hope that the pus cell count is for urine. A pus cell count of 50-55/hpf is quite significant and indicates urinary tract infection. It needs desperate treatment with antibiotics. Usually oral antibiotics like Martifer (nitrofurantoin) [prescription medicine] are effective but confirm it from the culture and sensitivity report (comes after a few days, if you have given it for testing, if not, I would suggest you to give it before starting antibiotics). If the report shows resistance to oral antibiotics, admission to a hospital would be required.
