Brief Answer:
Arthritis or avascular necrosis

Detailed Answer:
hi
the pain could be because of immobility since you have been hospitalized for quite some time I would like to make sure that you are taking some supplements for calcium and Vitamin D because a lot of us are deficient in Vitamin D and calcium .in case you are regularly taking that then for the time being maybe some anti-inflammatory medication could help or if not available Paracetamol could be taken along with fomentation cold or hot and application of pain relieving gel. if things become better then that's it in case pain still persists then we should go in for some imaging since there can be some other serious issues with the hip like Arthritis or avascular necrosis which should be ruled out.
hope that helps regards
