Brief Answer:
Your weight seems fine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

What is your height? Generally if you are not taller than 186 cm, your weight is very good. So no need to worry about it.
If its about the loose stools, the surgery has rather nothing to do with it. It could be the reason only in case of partial bowels obstruction due to adhesion. But you would get bloating, cramps and occasional gas obstruction if this was it.
Most probable reason of loose stool is lack of good intestinal bacteria or some mild bacterial infection. Probiotic is a very good choice. Please continue with it and the symptoms should disappear in few days.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
