Brief Answer:
Could be a mucus secreted from urethral mucosa .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are getting yellowish discharge from penis since last one year.

This could be mostly a excessive secretion of mucus from urethral mucosa due to inflammation resulting from frequent and habitual masturbation .

Since it is non infective in origin antibiotics has no role to play in treatment .

Take anti inflammatory medications like Diclofenac and Serropeptidase twice daily for a month .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Infection is due to Organisms where as inflammation is body's reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
Please do not get confused with infection and inflammation .Infection is always due to either Bacteria or Viruses where as inflammation is natural reaction of defense mechanism of body to infection and it may persists for some time even after the infection is controlled hence one has to take anti inflammatory medication for few more days or months depending upon the symptoms .
Thanks and Regards.
