Is Abdominal Bloating An Early Sign Of Pregnancy?

Question: I and my wife got married in May 2016 and we have been active in sex. I have noticed her stomach begin to get bigger. Thinking she is pregnant but her menstration do still come but this time it last for 3 days instead of 5 days and before we got active in sex her cycle was usually 28 days now it is 22 days. Could it be she is pregnant and she is unaware?. I keep asking her to go for a blood pregnancy test but her job takes her time a lot.
Brief Answer:
Test one week after missed periods
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about possibility of pregnancy.
Enlarged stomach is not a sign of early pregnancy.
It us very early to test for pregnancy on day 22. You can test for urine pregnancy test at home after one week of missed periods.
Blood tests also may not be able to show results so soon.
Let me know if you need anymore help.

I meant her menstration cycle is 22 days this days and not 28 days as it should . Her period comes a week earlier and it last only 3 days. Wanted to know if this is because of some pregnancy changes
Brief Answer:
No
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for clarification.
No this is not related to pregnancy. Some women have short cycles. This has nothing to do with pregnancy.
Check for pregnancy only if she misses regular periods for a week.
