Take tablet albendazole 400 mg once daily at night for 5 days.
Tab Ivermectin 8 mg once daily for 1 day both are for worms.
Start taking Zithromax(Azithromycin 500 mg once daily) and secnidazole 1 gram daily for 5 days.
Along with it take Fybrogel husk, It will increase the bulk of your stools. Take a probiotic like vizylac daily for a few weeks.
