Is Abortion Using Pills Advisable During 2 Months Of Pregnancy?

Question: I m 2 months in pregnancy. I want to abort my baby but I m going to do that because his father don't like to keep him. This is my 2nd time that I m going to have a baby. Is it can be done only using abortion pills without washing the womb after we use pills as it is two months pregnancy. And do we have to face any kind if side effects because of this.

The abortion pills can only be taken upto 49 days of pregnancy.
As you are in second month of pregnancy it is better to go for surgical method of abortion( D&C) to terminate pregnancy.
Because as pregnancy advanced than the chances of bleeding is more with abortion pills.
So it is better to consult a Gynecologist and terminate your pregnancy under her supervision.

Hi mam
i want to know that is it compulsory to admit the patient in hospital for surgical method of abortion.
and how much doctor take time for surgical method of abortion.
please share if any side effect of surgical method of abortion in future and present also.
and any suggestion for abortion,actually i am SCARED because i am doing first time and i have 12 month baby( my last date of period 7 may 2015 so today is 59 days complete )
so please doctor share your experience please help...

Sorry for the long delay in my response.
I was stuck somewhere badly.
Yes, you should admit in hospital for surgical method of abortion.
It will take half an hour to one hour in the process.
You will admit for one day or release in 3-4 hrs.
As such there is no side effects if done with an expert hands with full aseptic precautions.
Side effects are bleeding, incomplete abortion, infection and uterine perforation( very rare).
So please do not take any stress and go for it as early as possible.
