Brief Answer:
Visit ER at least once.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to health care magic,

You must be knowing that telma 40 is anti-hypertensive drug which lower blood pressure back to normal and also has some side effects like dizziness, light-headedness,dehydration, excessive sweating, vomiting, or diarrhea.

However, the severe side effects are quite uncommon with just single drug but it's effectiveness and safety is not known in children. So,It will require immediate medical attention at least once.

Therefore,I would advise you to visit ER or some nearby physician on urgent basis to check his blood pressure, pulse, temperature and other vitals.

Meanwhile, induce vomiting by putting/rubbing 2 fingers inside his mouth cavity over the back side of tongue.

Give him as much as water with ORS to wash out the drug through urine.

There is no issue if you have given him junior Lanzol.

As i said earlier,it is quite unusual that a single drug may cause some serious issues but one time visit to physician would be advisable to be in safer side.

Hope this will help you.Ask me if you have any more query,I will reply immediately.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip Kabra
