Brief Answer:
No effect on fetus

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Swallowing a very small fly will not affect the fetus, as fly dies as it passes through the acidic environment of the stomach.
So, there is absolutely nothing to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Hello Ma'am,

Sometimes I worry over ingesting small particles like after washing hands drying them with tissue paper or towel leaves small particles of paper or thread on hands.Even after brushing I worry if I gulped toothpaste.Threads, plastic bag particles, hair, tissue paper these make me worry a lot although I m very careful to avoid any of these.Do all these things affect pregnancy.
