Is Acute Low Back Pain After Lifting Heavy Weight Suggestive Of Spina Bifida?

Question: Patient Age 23 presented with acute low back pain (after lifting heavy weight of 50 kg)in case of spina bifida occulta.
X ray suggestive of Retrolisthesis at the level of L3-4 with spina bifida.
Kindly suggest wether current complaints are related/complication of spina bifida or individual entity - PIVD(Retrolisthesis at the level of L3-4)
