A low A1c level is suggestive for hypoglycemia or low blood sugar events.
Usually, hypoglycemia is manifested with; a hungry feeling, sweating, fatigue, stomach ache etc. that improve after taking a carbohydrate load.
If you have these symptoms check the blood sugar with a glucometer at that moment if under 70 mg/ dl, see a physician in person for further examinations.
A low A1c is also found in individuals with anemia.
In these it is not taken into consideration.
