Brief Answer:
The value is necessary for interpretation.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Welcome back once again.

Value for HIV test is necessary for interpretation of result that is why it is mandatory to mention. High WBC count above 12000 is indicative of infection so consult your physician to isolate the cause and follow the treatment regime as per the advice.

Any acute bacterial or viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

High WBC count may be due to any bacterial, viral or other infection for that you need to consult your physician and follow the treatment regime as per the advice. Don't get tensed or worried much as the risk of HIV or other STDs is not there.
