
Is An HIV Test Conclusive At 10 Weeks Post Exposure?

Question: I made hiv test after 10 weeks of exposure antigen p24, and antibodies result was negative 10 weeks is enough for antibodies or need 12 weeks, the exposure was I rubbed my penis on her bel no penetration on her vagina ,but after about 3 minutes she put gel on vagina and with same hand she rubbed my penis if in case same vaginal fluids on gel is risk for transmission virus or not?
