Is An HIV Test Done At 4 Months Conclusive?
Question: Hi DR...my qustion is i had unprotected vaginal and oral sex.. with escort aftr these expiser..i took duo test at 2nd week ,4,5 and13weeks all are nagative and again at 4months duo test was nagative..still need any test can i do sex without condom with my girl frnd and i wnnt plane marry to my girld frnd next month..plz help..me doctr..in these period i took hepatite b vaccine and i took antibiotics..those are any distrub to test..and i have rash on my leg aftr thesee ecposre like red ring size with dry skin and red dots..from one month still i have and aftr one month my hand fingers under nail light black clour came..

Negative DUO test after 13 weeks and 4 months definitely ruled out HIV 1&2 beyond any doubt. You are totally HIV free. Antibiotics and Hepatitis vaccination have no influence on HIV results. So nothing to worry about HIV. Color change in Nail is not significant and not pathological. The skin lesion seems to be non STD skin condition like psoriasis in the picture. But a close examination of other skin lesions and with investigations, will reveal the diagnosis. Consult a Dermatologist. .He/she will help you in this regards.
