Brief Answer:
Use a moderately potent topical steroid cream
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This could be either lichen simplex et atrophicus (LSeA) Or it could be Lichen planus.
I suggest you up use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g. either mometasone furoate 0.1%cream Or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1%cream, twice daily. These are prescription drugs and I suggest you to talk to your doctor for a prescription of the same. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamines e.g. Cetirizine 10mg tablet for symptomatic relief from itching.
