Brief Answer:
Tests advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic
and its good to be in touch again.
Yes anemia can be a cause and so is thyroid.
So I would suggest you certain tests and would like to know the result of your appointment with your gynecologist on 11th November.
Tests are - Complete blood counts, Urine routine and culture, thyroid hormone levels and fasting blood sugar.
Also in case you have had any ultrasound done so far kindly upload the report and in case you have not then get it done so as to help us rule out the problem with uterus and ovaries as a cause of the symptoms.
All the best
Regards
Dr Manisha
