Is Anesthesia During Root Canal Safe For Kids?

Question: Hi, I have a less than 3 yr old daughter who fell down and broke her teeth. We went to the doctor and he examined and said one of teeth is loose and said we will wait for the pain to subside otherwise we should go for root canal and cementing of the broken teeth. So we went today and he suggested that we should go for it. For this they want to give her anisthecia as kids are not so cooperative but i am not sure if it is good to give anesthecia for my kid. I am worried about this .Could you please suggest is there any other better way to do it.

As you said your child is 3 yrs old its better to save that tooth since permanent teeth start erupting around 6-7 years.

Root canal of kids is simpler than adults so needn't worry. They will pay special attention.
Otherwise extraction is last option.
