Is Anxiety While Seeing Unknown Phone Numbers And Email Addresses A Kind Of Phobia?
I am 35yrs old and unmarried. I am working as project manager.
Iam feeling tensed on seeing or listening to only new phone numbers and email i's'.I will be thinking like what happens if i send something wrong to those phone numbers or email id's and get tensed. i am facing this issue from last 5yrs. whenever someone says phone numbers or email ids i used to close my ears. How to cure this ? what exactly i am facing now. Is it a phobia ? can it be cured ? whenever i take bplexforte i feel relaxed.
