Question: I have toothache in right side upper... suffering from 5days....any home remedy didn't work in my case...there is no cavity showing what to do?

Hi.
Thanks for the query.

Well, toothache can be due to cavity and in case if cavity is not visible it can be a proximal cavity that is in on the wall of tooth that is in contact with adjacent tooth.
This causes the cavity to not be visible.

So it is advisable to first contact a Dentist and get an x ray done.

Accordingly further treatment can be planned.

Pain is due to cavity or anything else.

Well although second trimester is safer for dental procedures but if it is high risk pregnancy, then you should consult your Gynaecologist and discuss and only if she permits you should proceed for any treatment.
