Hello Sir

Hope you are doing good.

Just wanted to ask about Apple cider vinegar (ACV) . Past few days have been reading about it ,Is it fine to use directly over the face or consume orally for the betterment of the skin? Appreciate your advice on the same

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Please do not apply on face.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.
First of all happy diwali wishes to you. Hope this mail finds you in good health and prosperity all year through.

Regarding your query about Apple cider vinegar : as I am an allopathic doctor so these kind of things are not used in our fraternity.

So as an expert I have least of the idea regarding any of the effect and beg your pardon for the same.

But I have found many of my patients do consume it and claims to have good results after taking it orally.

It should not be applied directly as could cause irritation.
In my own clinical experience I have not found and my ill effect in any of my patients who were consuming it orally. But avoid applying it.

I hope this helps.

With best diwali wishes to you,

Dr Sanjay Kanodia

1 tea spoon in 1 glass of water.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back and thanks for posting your further concern.

Thanks a lot for your good wishes.

As I guided you that I myself don't prescribe apple cider vinegar so have not have expert idea for the usage of the same. I have basic idea from my patients who are consuming it. They use it 1 teaspoon in 1 glass of water. It is used in day time in the morning. Don't use more than 1 teaspoon a day. Observe your skin after 1 month to see the improvement.

I hope this helps.

With regards,

Dr Sanjay Kanodia
