Is Asthakind Helps In Dry Cough?

Question: Yes, She was having fever, cold and cough along with ear rubbing. I have consulted local doctor. He has prescribed: ear drop nasal spary calpol asthakind drops, nasika drops antibiotics Now, she is not having fever, cold or ear rubbing. But she is having dry cough for a week. She is having dry cough more during night and in sleeping position. Should I continue the same medicines? Is asthakind helps in dry cough?

She is baby girl. Her age is 5 months 20 days. I am giving her asthakind for 12 days. She was having cough and sneezing but now she is normal. She is not breathless. Now, she is only having dry cough mostly during night and while in sleeping position.

Change the drops to Asthakind DX 0.75ml two times ... This one is for dry cough and LS is for wet cough.
