Question: Sir, is ayurvedic treatment helpful in azospermia cases.if it is not curable what are the chances of becoming father to a child.

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1. First the reason for azoospermia should be diagnosed.

2. Please get Serum FSH, and testesterone levels needs to be tested. This is to know if there is primary testicular failure.

3. Azoospermia cannot be helped by Ayurvedic medicines.

4. Please see an urologist first and then get examined and investigated as described above

Primary testicular failure

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your FSH is very high indicating primary testicular failure.

It means there is no production of sperms. That is why FSH is high.

Such cases are difficult to improve or have child naturally.

We can try to aspirate sperms from your testis with needle by process called TESA.

If sperms are present ICSI procedure can be tried.
