Is Being HSV Positive A Hindrance In Finding A Job In Dubai?

Question: dr.
i have herpes. hsv igg & igm. but i like to go foreign for my work. is it possible to go for Dubai & kuwait. they are doing medical check up about hsv....?

Tests for Herpes simplex is not a routine in any of medical examination including any immigration clearance check up. So you need not worry about this problem. You can go and take any job at Dubai.

dr. i have herpes hsv 1 & 2, igg & igm positive. i m still single. can i married. if i marriage my sex life is any problems come out. after sex the girl get any effects.
some doctor's told me i can't go foreign. but i have job offer from Kuwait. but scared to go medical check-up once reject i cannot marriage. hsv is one of the VD test?
if i go kuwait isit they check for std check-up for hsv?

Welcome back.
HSV 2 is a STD. But in medical screening for immigration to gulf countries includes only for Syphilis and HIV, not for others. So there will not be any problem for you going abroad.

HSV is not a life threatening disease and it is not a contraindication for marriage. Avoid sex during recurrence of the lesion, if any. Rare chances for HSV transmission to your sex partner can not be ruled out, but that does not a indication that you have to remain unmarried. One can live, get married and have a comfortable married life with HSV infection.

dr. please i need ur advice ...... i have hsv 1 &2, igg& igm. i scared to married. if i married my wife will get this hsv, she will get active lesions. she will know or don't know that she will get some disease. currently i have urinary irritation, skin like flammable, some dots & have itching always my penis heads. i use ointments. but cannot stop itchy. so if i married my wife will get this?? when i urin always i have flammable. doctor anybody's have married with hsv & they hide from wife? CAN I HIDE FROM MY WIFE.? my family dont know that i have herpes. now i am scared to married... my penis skin very itchying. solve me.

Welcome back.
HSV is not a life threatening disease. There are thousands of couple are living happily with HSV. Only thing is that you have to avoid sex during any episode of recurrence.
You can also go for a long term suppressive therapy as per the guidelines of your physician (up to one year or more), by which you can avoid infecting your wife.
Keep wash your genitals with water frequently and consume lot of water (3 liters a day) would relieve your present discomforts. Get well soon.
