Brief Answer:
This could be due to gastric reflux.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
This could be due to gastric reflux.
I recommend the following.
1) Avoid taking coffee or tea in empty stomach.
2) Avoid spicy and junk foods.
3) Keeo regular diet habits and avoid skipping meals.
4) Have your dinner at least 3 hours before bedtime.
5) Proton pump inhibitors like tablet rabeprazole.

Yes swine flu is dangerous and it can lead to even death in some cases. It will not happen in all cases of swine flu. But what you are having is most probably not swine flu at all. If you feel sickĀ , consult your doctor as early as possible.

You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
