Hi,

Bleeding from ENT region or even in throwing up after a head injury is an emergency and needs urgent clinical evaluation, ENT Examination, CT/MRI studies to know the cause of bleeding and get treated accordingly.

Surely take him to ER asap.

Please do not give him anything orally.
