Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks fir writing in to us.
I have read through your query in details.
Having reviewed current medical database, I find that blood in urine is among the rare side effects of taking Tramadol. It might occur in about 0.5 percent patients who take the medication.
Should you experience blood in urine then you are advised to stop taking the medication and confirm the findings with your doctor.

Not in a combination but intake of rosuvastatin can cause blood in urine
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX
Thanks for writing back with an update.
Please find my observations below.
1. Valsartan and amiloride (found in Moduretic) can cause high potassium levels in blood. It is recommended that you get your potassium levels checked regularly while on this regimen.
2. Rosuvastatin can also cause presence proteins and blood in urine in few patients and this is a dose dependent side effect. Your dose is on the lower side
3. The medications tramadol, valsartan, moduretic and rosuvastatin when taken together or in any combination do not cause any increased tendency of passing blood in urine.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
