Is Blood Oxygen Reading Of 96 Normal?

Question: is a blood oxygen reading of 96 in a healthy 37 year old male at sea level bad? Some anxiety at the time. Just wondering if we should be concerned that it was not higher.

Thank you so much. I have seen It as high as 99 before and was wondering what made it so different this time. Can different favors make it vary like this? I was kind of anxious about having to give blood after that.
