Hi and thanks for the query,

Blood pressure has two components, diastolic and systolic, Your systolic reading (128) is within normal limits. It becomes an issue if it goes below 90. The diastolic is problematic since it is below 60, with a readung at 52. Fluctuations can be seen, A careful clinical review and monitoring from your doctor could be of immense help. Regards

Brief Answer:
Its low, see cardiologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the update,

A blood pressure reading of 44 is of course low. Fluctuation in blood pressure as such deserves a keen review. Problems with the heart pace maker system usually present as such. Other pathologies could as well present as such. A cardiologist s opinion and review is imposes in this case. kind regards,

Dr Bain
